You must be 18 or older to create an account or subscribe to CompanionLandia Plus.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. One account may hold up to your plan's pet limit.
Pet and display names should be things you'd be comfortable with another visitor seeing. We can rename or remove content that's abusive, impersonating someone else, or otherwise inappropriate, and can suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Refunds follow Stripe's standard policy; we don't offer refunds beyond what Stripe provides. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Questions about a charge: [email protected].
Pets in CompanionLandia are simulated. Nothing in the world is a substitute for the care of your real animal.
